1 Acquisition of personal information

MISONO SOGO LAW OFFICES will acquire personal information lawfully in accordance with legislation including the act on the protection of personal information and the rule of Japan Federation of Bar Associations.
We will also check our clients’ ID and keep its record when required in accordance with the rule of Japan Federation of Bar Associations.

3 Provision of private information to third parties

We will not provide private information to third parties without owners’ prior consent or unless required by legislation.
However, when we are engaged in a certain matter, we consider that its client consent to provide his/her private information to third parties with intent to conduct our legal practice in that matter.

4 Disclosure, amendment or discontinuation of use of private information and response to complaint

We will respond to owners’ requests of disclosure, amendment or discontinuation of use of private information we hold in accordance with legislation.
We will faithfully respond to inquiries or complaints on our management of private information from its owners.
